Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned knitwear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
